OUR MISSION
We aim to reduce the health disparity in an underserved community by addressing the root cause with nutritional education, and access to healthier food options. Our mission is to transform lives by equipping local youth with experiential learning and life skills, and a paid workforce development training for homeless women to earn livable wages.
OUR IMPACT
Kingdom Sandwich is structured as a social impact restaurant, our menu is directly selected to address
the chronic health concerns prevalent within food deserts and our target customers are the
underserved, low-income residents that exists within these communities. Kingdom Sandwich is
different from other restaurants in that our core focus is the local community's wellbeing and our non-
profit philanthropic arm allows us to reach further into the community to address the root cause of
cycles of poor health.
WHO WE SERVE
In addition to providing food access, our programming includes evidence-based trainings that directly
reduce diet-related illnesses and increase overall life expectancy. Our Mantra, “Eat Well, Live Long” is
coined because of our ambitious aim to not only make healthy food more accessible, but our long-term
vision is to create a replicable model where our flagship South Dallas restaurant can expand into a
national franchise that repositions the proper nutritional diet as the primary means to good health.
